Each session is guided by a Big Orange instructor and limited to a small number of participants to ensure safety and proper supervision. Group sessions allow riders to observe, practice, and improve together while sharing equipment time under instructor guidance. Eligibility Participants must: • be at least 16 years old • be able to swim comfortably in open water • be in reasonable physical condition for light water sports activity • follow all instructor safety instructions Participants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent. While one rider practices on the water, others may observe instruction or prepare for their next turn. Progress varies for each rider. The goal of the session is safe introduction and skill development, not speed or competition.
