Help Others Discover the Joy of Electric Watersports
At Big Orange Water Sports Club, we believe the best adventures are shared.
We're building a welcoming community where people connect through eFoil, electric propulsion boards, wellness experiences, and outdoor exploration.
As our community grows, we're looking for people who want to do more than ride—we're looking for people who want to help others discover the same excitement, confidence, and freedom they found on the water.
Whether you're an experienced rider or simply passionate about the outdoors, we'd love to grow with you.
This Is More Than Volunteering
The Big Orange Community Guide Program is a Service Exchange & Leadership Development Program.
Instead of paying for traditional training, Community Guides contribute their time by supporting our events and community activities.
In return, they receive hands-on training, riding opportunities, mentorship, and leadership experience.
We believe everyone has something valuable to contribute, and everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow.
What You'll Learn
As a Community Guide, you'll receive practical experience in:
🏄 eFoil riding and progression
🌊 Electric Propulsion Board operation
🛟 Water safety and event support
🎓 FlowSync™ Guide Training
🤝 Community leadership
📷 Event photography and social media
🌿 Outdoor recreation and wellness programming
No teaching experience is required.
We'll help you develop the skills step by step.
How You'll Contribute
Community Guides help create memorable experiences by:
Welcoming new participants
Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown
Supporting safe launches and landings
Helping first-time riders feel comfortable
Assisting during wellness and community events
Taking photos and videos
Encouraging a fun, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere
Helping build a stronger outdoor community
Every contribution makes a difference.
