Help Build Something New for the Triangle
Have you ever wanted to be part of something from the very beginning?
Big Orange Water Sports is building the Triangle Outdoor Wellness & eFoil Community, and we're inviting women who love the outdoors to become founding members of our Triangle Women's eFoil Guide Program.
You don't need previous eFoil experience.
You don't need to be an athlete.
You don't even need to know how to paddle.
If you enjoy nature, love meeting people, and want to try something completely different, this program was designed for you.
Why Women?
We believe the future of outdoor recreation isn't built around speed or competition.
It's built around confidence, friendship, wellness, and exploration.
Our vision is to create a welcoming community where women feel comfortable trying something new, learning together, and encouraging one another.
The best communities aren't created by companies.

What You'll Learn
As a Guide Program participant, you'll gradually develop skills in:
🏄 Beginner-friendly eFoiling
🌊 Electric propulsion board (eProp) operation
🛟 Water safety and communication
🤝 Community leadership
🌿 Outdoor wellness event support
📸 Photography, storytelling, and social media
🗺️ Lake exploration and route discovery
🎉 Hosting beginner-friendly community events
No previous experience is required.
We'll teach everything step by step.
More Than Learning to Ride
This isn't an instructor certification.
It's a community leadership program.
Our Guides help create an environment where new riders feel welcome, supported, and excited to experience North Carolina's beautiful lakes.
As our community grows, Guides may choose to contribute in many different ways, including:
Community Coordinator
Event Manager
Safety Observer
Team Orange Ambassador
Lake District Supervisor
Media & Content Creator
Equipment Specialist
Community Partner Liaison
Some Guides may simply enjoy volunteering on weekends.
Others may discover a pathway toward part-time or full-time opportunities as our community expands.
Some may even build their own local outdoor recreation business with support from Big Orange Water Sports.
Even if you never pursue any of those paths, you'll always have something valuable:
You'll be able to proudly say,
