The First Ride Experience is where your journey on the water truly begins. This is not a rushed attempt to âget you flying.â It is a structured introduction designed to help you understand how eFoiling actually worksâstep by step, at your pace. Every session starts on land. Youâll learn how the board responds, how throttle control affects movement, and how your body position influences balance. This stage removes the biggest source of beginner mistakes: uncertainty. Before you ever touch the water, you already understand what to expect. From there, we move into controlled water timeâonly when you are ready. There is no pressure to perform, no expectation to succeed immediately. Some riders find their balance quickly. Others take more time. Both are completely normal. What matters is not how fast you progress, but how well you understand the ride. Our Guides are there to support, not to push. They ride alongside you, observe your movement, and offer small, timely adjustments. You are not being coached toward performanceâyou are being guided toward awareness and control. This is what makes the experience different. Instead of chasing speed or lift, you focus on feeling the board, staying calm, and building confidence. Cancellation Policy
âStart simple. Book with clarity. Ride when youâre ready.â đ 1. Booking Eligibility ENTRY LAYER rides are open to: First-time participants Beginners with no prior eFoil experience No certification or membership is required to start. đ 2. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be completed online Full payment is required to secure your spot No reservation is held without payment đ Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received. đ 3. Booking Window Opens: up to 2 weeks in advance Closes: 24 hours before session start đ Last-minute bookings are not guaranteed. đ 4. Session Types & Availability Booking availability depends on: Session type (Demo / First Ride / Group / Waterfront) Equipment readiness Weather conditions Guide availability đ Some sessions have limited slots and may sell out quickly. đ 5. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your session Changes must be made through the booking system đ Within 48 hours, sessions are locked. đ 6. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the session Eligible cancellations may be: Rescheduled Converted to credit (recommended) đ No additional cancellation fees. đ 7. Late Cancellation & No-Show Within 72 hours: non-refundable No-show: full session forfeited đ This ensures fairness for limited slots. đ 8. Weather & Safety Adjustments Sessions may be: Rescheduled Adjusted (e.g., land-only format) Due to: Weather conditions Water safety concerns đ If Big Orange reschedules, you will receive: Priority rebooking Full credit transfer đ 9. Add-On Booking (On-Site) Some experiences (e.g., propulsion board, water ride) may be: Offered as optional add-ons on-site Subject to: Participant readiness Safety conditions Equipment availability đ Add-ons are never guaranteed in advance. đ 10.
